I recommend the XTrainer everywhere I go. I have brought it to the attention of major hotels where I stay. It seems that I am one of the fortunate to have learned about SportsArt Fitness in a magazine. People just don't understand what they are missing. I have my XTrainer set up in my garage, under a ceiling fan and right in front of a 15" flat panel TV. This is my space. This is where I use my XTrainer, a charm to workout on, without noise, allowing me to watch the late afternoon news shows in peace. Thank you SportsArt Fitness for producing such an amazing machine. It is beautiful. I am in love indeed.

Our personal training staff has their clients perform a lot of circuit work to increase their heart rate. With the ability to work the upper body and lower body at different levels with a push of a button, we can scrap the dumbbells and other machines for the XTrainer. The XTrainer is a perfect fit for any fitness facility and any client young or old.

Unlike a standard exercise bike, you also work your arm and upper body muscles as well as leg muscles. This allows for a more intense workout and a higher calarie per hour burn than a standard exercise bike. The arms, each independent of the other and pedals, set it apart for anything else on the market. It gives you a good complete workout. The display, electronics and ease of adjustments are all one could ask for. This is a heavy unit designed for commercial use. It is expensive, but if you can afford it and are a serious about workouts, it is great for a home exercise room. It is my favorite workout piece when compared to my elliptical and treadmill which are of similar quality. When my treadmill was being serviced, I asked the repair technician about the durability of the XT20. He said those things are built like a tank, and the only repair he ever had make, was on one that was damaged in shipping. He covers the whole Kansas Area. I highly recommend it without reservation.
